Before I found my inner voice and integrated all the parts of my being- from body to spirit- I mistook being busy and successful for purpose and fulfillment. On the outside I was an award winning dancer and athlete, inspiring professor, and visual artist. Yet, I always felt I should be doing more.

 

In trying to achieve my way to wholeness I ended up ignoring my needs, over giving, stressed out, and dealing with a chronic spinal injury- not to mention the occasional identity or anxiety crisis.

 

My journey toward purpose was punctuated or perhaps initiated by that exquisitely timed break in my spine. In healing myself, I applied the research techniques I honed as an academic to studying numerous spiritual traditions and healing modalities. Along the way I rediscovered the spiritual gifts and gnosis I had left unexplored on my way to ‘verifiable’ achievements. I also sought accreditation in multiple recognized systems from Yoga to life path coaching where I learned to step boldly into practice, ritual, and self care. In all of this, I learned the importance of ritual, community, and the real meaning of healthy & connected.

 

I believe that everyone can live a life filled with self awareness, deep healing, and effervescent magic and I’m committed to providing you with empowerment, choice, agency, source material and variety as you explore your authentic expression.

 

I am now pain free, the most flexible and strong I’ve ever been. I’m joyfully married with fur babies, laughing at my mistakes, creating art, dancing, restoring our 157 year old New England home while guiding clients from all over the world in embodying their creative voice, discovering their spiritual gifts, living the life of their dreams, and cultivating awareness.
